14-DAY NO REASON RETURNS – WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED
We want you to shop with confidence! Whether your item arrives damaged or faulty, or if you simply change your mind and feel it’s not the right fit, we’ve got you covered! You can return it within 14 days, and we’ll cover the return postage, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition with the original packaging. For orders over £100, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Just reach out to us, and we’ll make the return process as simple and hassle-free as possible!

Because custom-made and personalised items are specially created for you, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
